Senator McFilibuster attempted a 47-hour filibuster by reciting every state capital backwards. He got to 'Oklahoma City' and stopped. 'I don't remember what comes next,' the senator said. 'Who comes after Oklahoma?' The filibuster failed. 'I should have practiced,' the senator said. He has since started a 'state capitals' practice group. 'I'll be ready next time,' he said. He is now studying 'territories.'
