Senator Bloviate McHotair Proposes Making 'Sorry, Not Sorry' Punishable By Actually Being Sorry
Offenders must write a 2,000-word essay on 'genuine remorse and why you're not special.'
Senator Bloviate McHotair has proposed a law making 'sorry, not sorry' a criminal offense. 'It's not an apology,' McHotair argued. 'It's a threat.' Offenders must complete 'Sincerity School' and write 'I am actually sorry' on a whiteboard 500 times. McHotair then said 'sorry, not sorry' to his own staff, immediately earning himself a seat in the first class. 'I'm not sorry,' he added, making it worse.
