Senator Blather McHotair Proposes Making 'Not To Be Rude, But' Punishable By Rudeness School
Offenders must learn 'how to be quiet' and 'when to just stop talking.'
Senator Blather McHotair has proposed a law making the phrase 'not to be rude, but' a criminal offense. 'It's always followed by something rude,' McHotair argued. 'Not to be rude, but you're wrong.' Offenders must attend 'Consideration Academy' and write 'I was actually being rude' 500 times. McHotair then violated his own law during the proposal. 'Not to be rude,' he began. 'But this bill...' His staff sighed.
