One user said, 'I sent a Happy Housewarming card that said Welcome to your new place, it's nice... for the price range and they still haven't invited me over, which was the goal.' The app has been downloaded 3 million times, primarily by people who 'want to send something nice but can't resist being petty.' A premium version offers 'full-frontal insults' disguised as encouragement.
