Cat Learns To Open Fridge, Now Demands Tuna On Demand, Refuses To Work For It
The cat has unionized and is demanding 'treats now, work never.' Negotiations are ongoing.
Mr. Whiskers, a domestic shorthair from Spokane, has learned to open the refrigerator using his paws. He now helps himself to tuna, cheese, and occasionally leftover chicken. His owner, Mark, attempted to negotiate a 'treats for tricks' arrangement. Mr. Whiskers walked away mid-sentence. 'He's not even pretending to negotiate,' Mark said. The cat has been spotted teaching other neighborhood cats the technique. The fridge is now baby-proofed. Mr. Whiskers is studying the lock.
